The primary focus of Central Illinois Debt Management and Credit Education, Inc. is to provide community services dedicated to financial literacy.
We carry out our mission through a wide range of services including:

Community Outreach
As a non-profit offering financial education and counseling services to individuals in our communities, we become acutely aware of numerous other needs that exist. As a result, CIDMCE reaches out into our communities in which we live and work. Our employees actively volunteer or pursue projects in the neighborhoods of our many office locations. ISO 9001 is an international standard for Quality Management Systems that is recognized worldwide. It helps ensure that the highest level of quality is being offered to our clients, creditors and employees. CIDMCE became certified to ISO 9001:2000 (a division of ISO 9001) in 2006. ISO 9001:2000 standards require we monitor and continuously improve our processes and procedures to ensure they are working properly and efficiently.
Our registrar, BVQI (NA), also audits CIDMCE, to ensure we are complying with all standards of ISO 9001:2000.
We are here for our clients and their satisfaction. By becoming accredited, it is apparent that we are an agency with a goal of helping and being available to our clients throughout their entire journey to reaching financial stability.
National Industry Standards for Homeownership Education and Counseling
CIDMCE are adopters of The National Industry Standards for Homeownership Education and Counseling. The Standards include a set of guidelines for quality homeownership education and counseling services.
Helping individuals and families to achieve the dream of homeownership is no small challenge. Homeownership education and counseling is a critical step in producing an informed consumer who is better equipped to sustain homeownership. Making the commitment to provide quality counseling and education services that strengthen long-term homeownership success takes a focused effort on the part of every stakeholder in the process. These Standards help our organization serve families and communities with consistent service and professional excellence.
