About CIDMCE

The primary focus of Central Illinois Debt Management and Credit Education, Inc. is to provide community services dedicated to financial literacy.

We carry out our mission through a wide range of services including:

Community Outreach

As a non-profit offering financial education and counseling services to individuals in our communities, we become acutely aware of numerous other needs that exist. As a result, CIDMCE reaches out into our communities in which we live and work. Our employees actively volunteer or pursue projects in the neighborhoods of our many office locations. It helps ensure that the highest level of quality is being offered to our clients, creditors and employees. CIDMCE became certified to ISO 9001:2000 (a division of ISO 9001) in 2006. ISO 9001:2000 standards require we monitor and continuously improve our processes and procedures to ensure they are working properly and efficiently.

Our registrar, BVQI (NA), also audits CIDMCE, to ensure we are complying with all standards of ISO 9001:2000.
