We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as permitted by law. We do not rent or sell your personal financial information to any outside marketer.

We may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to financial service providers, upon your request (i.e. mortgage company).

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those applicable employees handling your accounts. These employees are educated about safeguarding client information and preventing unauthorized access, disclosure or use. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
